  I found Dr James Vartanian on Jun 27 In hmo dental insurance web Site, I was Experiencing severe dental pain at the time which was affecting my sleep and work, went for estimate on Jun 29 The doctor looked and too X-ray and suggested to see root canal specialist, which was only available in Jul 10. So I went again later all of theses times on pain killers, the specialist Dr Curtis examined me on jul 10, looked at x-rays and said they can fix it not removing bridge, just drilling through it and feeling canals, estimate was 280 Co-pay. First actual treatment appointment I got on Jul 24, spent 40 minutes waiting for doctor that was late for appointment, then 3 hours in dental chair with open mouth while he was treating my tooth, during operation doctor was often calling for assistant who was not nearly available, was asking other doctors for tools and supplies, holding his drill tools poking my eye, talking to others, allowing them to take the huge fish parts, I think he caught big fish and brought some to coworkers, in the end of three hours he said he can't finish the same day and need one more appointment to finish, that day I paid copay of 365. Next appointment was jul 26, this time doctor was on time, nurse came and offered me consent to sign, and pay another 365, I said I already payed on first visit, i spent another 3 hours in his chair, again doctor was asking people around for missing tools and materials, at end of third hour he broke one side of my tooth, He said to his assistant that it happens sometimes and will require extra fillingOne more appointment was scheduled for that the next day Jul 28, that one was short only 40min and costed another 20 copay. I asked printout of statement, it appears I still have balance due 260. On Jul 28 I felt like my left ear is full of liquid, the ear that next to treated tooth. I emailed dental office, they suggested hydrogen peroxide drops in ear, which I did. The next day I lost hearing in that ear completely, was very scared and went to emergency room, they washed ear two hours later I felt better. I felt pain in the ear and tooth on multiple Occasions after that, I said to myself, it is healing and will go away. Today Oct 6 I could not sleep last night because of same tooth in pain, I did not go to work because I feel bad. I would never go to this place again.
