  Dr. Paul Ferraro's Dental practice is best described as "professional" all around. Dr Ferraro is very likable and friendly, but he's also highly proficient, detailed and gentle in his dental work. I can see that he takes pride in doing the very best dental work possible while he's also enjoyable, personable and kind. I get the sense that integrity is highly important to Dr Ferraro, so trusting him with health matters is easy. He works to deliver just what his patients want, just the way they want it. His recommendations are reasonable and ethical. He seems to be very much " on top of things" in his practice, making sure that all patients are properly cared for and that all concerns are addressed. He even personally calls patients to answer questions if necessary. His staff are great. On each visit I've enjoyed the front desk staff as well as his back office dental assistants. I've now experienced two of his dental assistants (Sandy and Vickayla) and they're the best. They're both so kind, personable, professional and highly skilled while also being very gentle and respectful toward patients. On recent visits both Sandy and Vickayla worked assisting Dr Ferraro and they were both SO pleasant, skilled, gentle and professional. Being a health care professional myself, I'm particular about trying to choose and use only the very best doctors and dental assistants possible for my own care. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Ferraro and his staff. As one of his patients I'd feel very comfortable recommending him and his staff to anyone looking for a great dentist.   I travel 70+ miles (each way) to see Dr. Ferraro, I was referred to him by two trusted physicians and grateful for the recommendation. The staff is extremely accommodating, whether it's ensuring comfort during a cleaning or a procedure or helping with insurance billing and scheduling. Bottom line: I understand the hesitation some might feel about visiting a dentist's office but Dr. Ferraro and his team provide a welcoming environment while also delivering exceptional dental care/treatment.
