- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes to see Dr for first visit. I was a returning customer buying another set of orthotics. Scheduled follow up and they waited till day off appointment to call and say they were not ready after I already took work off. Made another appointment and when I showed up a different lady said she didn't have me on calendar. Waited another 30 minutes to see Dr. to top it all off he increased his price for orthotics.
