  WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE: I went there for a cleaning & xrays after many years of not having any dental work done. Because it took so long for me to be seen, they only did xrays then I had to get back to work. The next time I came in to finish my appointment they didn't even clean my teeth but told me everything I needed done. Everyone was very nice. I had my tooth pulled (they tried sending me to a specialist instead). I was not given any antibiotics and only 4 vicodin with IBprofen. I called the same day crying because the pain was so intense and I had severe bleeding. They told me to use the gauze they gave me (they didn't give me any extra gauze besides what was in my mouth)...stupid, right?! About a week later I went for a follow up and was still having terrible pain. I was given more IBProfen and they said everything looked like it was healing well. About 2 weeks later I felt something sharp coming out of my gum (which was swollen like crazy) and I ended up pulling out part of the rotten tooth that they had extracted! How stupid can you be?! did they even go to dental school? if so, they cheated their way through it

  Worst dental and orthodontic experiences I've ever had! To start, the wait was always very long. They do not stay true to their name. I always was hurting during and after an appointment when it shouldn't had. It's high prices for low quality work! Thanks to them, I wasted lots of money and 1.5 years and pain only to switch to a different, MUCH better orthodontist and dentist. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Excellent dentist! Dr. Ballard made sure my daughter was comfortable and pain free. The receptionist helped alot with appt scheduling! My whole family uses this dentist now!

  Dr. Nelson is an amazing dentist who is personable, conscientious, & takes extra time to explain the procedure before proceeding! "Gentle" & professional chair-side manner, he personally performed my full mouth deep cleaning without taking any break all the way through, no pain at all. THANKS DR. NELSON Now we come to the best dental assistant "YESENIA", thi this the second time around within about a year and she still remember me and my case, very cheerful friendly and very comforting Nurse highly attentive to my concerns. My personal gratitude to "YESENIA" Everything was great from the minute I walked in the door. Very friendly and inviting !GREAT SERVICE, AWESOME AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
